Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Erin has a unique understanding of the Walmart Supplier business culture. Her husband has worked in the supplier community for eight years, and his insight has helped her understand the needs of these hiring professionals.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2004, Erin worked as an Assistant Director of Recruitment at the University of Arkansas for 3 years. She recruited throughout Arkansas, Dallas and Houston. During this time she also earned a Masters' degree. During her time as an AD, her territory increased by 20% and the entering freshman classes set records for both the University of Arkansas and the state of Arkansas.

Due to her many life long connections in Northwest Arkansas, Erin has valuable additional insight to the needs of the Walmart Supplier Community.
